Dr. Matt Pieper, DC
With a background in athletics and performance training, Dr. Matt understands what it takes to keep the body moving at a high level. His approach combines chiropractic care with a focus on personalized movement-based treatment designed to help patients not only recover, but to get out of pain, move better, and improve their overall quality of life. His goal is to identify and address the root cause of dysfunction while helping patients make informed decisions about their health.

Originally from Colby, Kansas, Dr. Matt developed a passion for human movement through his background in athletics, participating in football, wrestling, and track. His firsthand experience with injuries sparked his interest in chiropractic care and shaped his belief in the importance of proper movement mechanics for both recovery and long-term health.

He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fort Hays State University, where he also achieved All-American honors in track and further developed his skills in assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based rehabilitation. His experiences allow him to understand that every individual has unique needs and requires a personalized approach to care.
Â
Using a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and individualized rehabilitation, Dr. Matt works with patients of all backgrounds and activity levels—whether they are dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or simply looking to move and feel better in their everyday lives.
Â
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Matt enjoys fishing, running, and continuing to apply his passion for movement in his own life.

Dr. Emma Mizer-Pieper, DC
Dr. Emma is ready to serve the Sedalia community and the surrounding areas. She has always been passionate about movement and its effects on not only one’s physical health but more importantly their mental health. The body and mind thrive with movement and she wants to help her patients to be able to do it with confidence and without pain.
Â
Dr. Emma grew up in Marshall, MO where she enjoyed running around on her family farm, playing tennis, and developing her love for strength training. She went on to earn her bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Missouri before continuing her education at Cleveland University–Kansas City, where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and met her husband, Dr. Matt.
Â
She enjoys caring for a wide variety of patients, including athletes, weekend warriors, busy families, farmers (shoutout Dad!), and individuals simply looking to move and feel their best. During chiropractic school, she developed a special passion for prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care after learning how chiropractic can support healthy pregnancies and promote optimal neuromusculoskeletal development in infants and children. She is Webster Certified, a technique specifically designed for pregnancy, and is currently pursuing her ICPA Pediatric Certification to better serve expecting mothers, babies, and growing families.
Â
When she's not in the clinic, Dr. Emma enjoys spending time with her family—especially her nieces and nephews—fishing, riding bikes, and showing up her husband at the gym.
