What to Expect

Your first visit is a comprehensive, one-on-one session designed to fully understand your body and your goals. We’ll start with an in-depth health history and discussion of your current concern, followed by detailed orthopedic testing and a full movement analysis to identify the root cause of your symptoms. If no additional imaging or referrals are needed, you'll receive hands-on treatment.

After the first visit, the doc will take time to review your findings and movement analysis, then create a personalized care plan designed to help you reach your goals.

 5. Plan & Next Steps

The following visit, we will review your findings, what maybe contributing to your symptoms, recommended plan, and expected progression and goals.

 4. Personalized Treatment

Treatment may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, corrective exercises, mobility and stability work, and recovery strategies.

What to Bring

Why Movement Assessment Matters

Pain is often influenced by how the body moves, stabilizes, and produces force.

Using objective movement assessment allows us to:

        Identify limitation.

        Track progress.

        Make more informed treatment decisions.

        Build more individualized rehab strategies.

General Questions

What exactly is chiropractic care?

Chiropractic care is a primary healthcare profession focused on the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular disorders, with an emphasis on treatment through manual adjustment and active rehabilitation of the spine and joints.

How do I schedule my initial session?

You can easily book your appointment through our online scheduling portal or by calling our clinic directly at (660) 570-4774.

Appointments & Scheduling

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the time to other patients waiting for care. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

Do chiropractic adjustments hurt?

Most adjustments are painless and provide immediate relief. Some patients may experience mild soreness for 24-48 hours post-treatment, which is a normal response similar to how your muscles feel after starting a new exercise routine.

Treatment & Results
How many sessions will it take to see results?

Our goal is to get you better as quickly and efficiently as possible. Care duration varies by case, but we focus on results-driven therapy that builds your independence and resilience from day one.

Payment & Insurance
Do you accept insurance?

We’ve chosen a patient-centered model instead of contracting with most insurance companies so we can provide longer visits, individualized treatment, and care based on what patients actually need — not what insurance dictates.

We do accept Medicare, and many of our patients use HSA/FSA accounts. We’re also happy to provide a superbill for anyone wanting to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

Aftercare & Home Exercises
Why are home exercises included in my care plan?

Active care is essential for maintaining the progress made during your clinical visit. By performing targeted home exercises, you build the stability and strength needed to prevent future recurrence and achieve true long-term relief.
